Description of Services:
We are a CLIA waived, medical laboratory providing online, observed COVID-19 testing. COVID test kits are shipped to patient upon appointment request via our online patient scheduling portal. Patient will be be scheduled for an appointment, sent a link for video conferencing, and receive email and SMS reminders of date and time. At the video appointment, patient will be guided through the process of self-swabbing of the anterior nares, and of performance of the test. Clinician will be able to view the result of the test and a laboratory report will be issued to the via secure email to the patient. Insurance information will be collected prior to appointment date. Uninsured persons will be enrolled in HRSA. There is no copay, however, if one is not in possession of a EUA approved COVID test kit, we will ship one out to you for a shipping and handling fee. Please note that insurance will not cover shipping fees.
