Melanie Esher recently joined the Tucson office of The Arizona Telemedicine Program as the new Distance Education and Training Coordinator. She received her Master of Administration from Northern Arizona University with a focus in Project Management, and her Bachelors in Spanish from the University of Minnesota. Under the supervision of the Director, she oversees and coordinates the daily administrative operations of education and telemedicine training activities that take place throughout the network. She assists in the development and implementation of educational activities of interest to the sites, managing their continuing education credits, and is responsible for the organization and implementation of the training conferences held in Tucson and Phoenix, instructing participants on the provision of education content via a telemedicine network.
