Our EMR is Azalea Health. Referring and consulting sites are provided with an Agency login to the system. This HIPAA compliant cloud-based system allows our partner agencies to electronically submit referrals or lab results as well as retrieve copies of our progress notes and recommendations. Patients may also create access to a patient portal to directly communicate with providers.
