As a provider-founded and led organization, Sound Physicians offers Skilled Nursing Facilities a cost-effective Telemedicine solution that combines our national network of board-certified Hospitalists and a Telemedicine platform that can be rapidly implemented to assist your clinical staff to care for your residents. As a physician practice, rather than a tech company, Sound Physicians provides access to Tele-hospitalists with the ideal skillset to deliver higher quality of care, improved patient outcomes, and benefits from reduced readmissions. SoundTele-hospitalists have the ideal skillset for intervening in the SNF and managing ED transfers. To assist you during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond, we have developed a model to deploy our Telemedicine program in your facility within 72 hours. This Rapid Deployment Model can provide full Tele-hospitalist coverage for nights and weekends as well as escalation coverage for surges, 7x24.
