Describe how your teleproviders are recruited and selected:
All of our providers are contracted employees that go through a strict vetting process that involves interviews and required credentialing such as being board certified. We look to see that our providers have experience working with patients and that they have outstanding track records both in their patient outcomes and their patients' reviews. At this point, post-COVID, prior experience with telehealth is common, and we otherwise require a no-loss history with any medical malpractice insurance from the providers years of practice.

Additional company information:

SkyMD prides itself on utilizing telehealth as a service that the patient should experience as being as close to seeing a doctor in-person as possible. Telehealth is part of the patient's total care solution, and works best when paired in a hybrid model with the ability to refer the patient to an in-person doctor at any point where telehealth no longer serves as the most appropriate model for patient interaction.
