All providers go through a 3 step interview process as well as background and credential checks. Following employment, providers will participate in a 6 week on-boarding program. This program includes hours of observations, telehealth training, training on discipline specific programs, and accurate billing and documentation techniques. Throughout the six weeks providers slowly build up full caseloads until proficient and Shandy techniques and core values. Each provider also has a direct supervisor that ensures excellent services and procedures are being implemented with every patient.
