PMPI has had extensive experience in the practice of telemedicine, specializing in psychiatry for over nine years. Over the years we have helped increase the productivity and revenue of the rural health clinic and federally qualified health centers. Our objective is to reach mental health clients thatwould otherwise be medically underserved. Providing excellent quality of service and care is our priority so patients look forward to their upcoming appointments and coordinators feel supported. All of our providers are prompt with their schedules and consistent with patient care and follow through. To keep the relationship between clinic staff and providers operating effortlessly, we establish a superior level of communication. We also assist innetworking between telemedicine coordinators of our current operating sites and new sites. We have ensured that an array of psychiatric services isavailable to our clients. We have psychiatrists as team leaders, followed by mid-level practitioners (psychiatric certified nurse practitioners and a clinical pharmacist). Availability of these different levels of expertise helps manage the client comprehensively for his or her psychiatric needs. We also make every effort to work in organized unity with all team members within each site. Other sites have been extremely satisfied using our program as an adjunct service to pre-existing behavioral health services. We extensively use electronic medical records including soap note taking, e-prescribing, scanning of reports and labs, secure messaging, scheduling, and super bill generation. When we set up a new clinic, we provide exclusive site access and management for the new facility and the involved staff for the EMR.
