Lionrock provides online drug and alcohol counseling services at various commitment levels ranging from Peer Support to Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Treatment. Our programs are accredited by the Joint Commission. Since 2011, we've been mixing best practices treatment knowledge, experienced clinical team, and leading-edge mobile Internet technologies to help people worldwide. Our program features group sessions where patients can discuss feelings and experiences with peers, as well as weekly individual sessions between patient and counselor. Each of our clients receives an individualized treatment plan that sets out the goals the patient will be working on during treatment. Lionrock's treatment center is online, in video conference, and we host support group meetings online too.

Lionrock evaluates potential counselors on objective criteria. Candidates are scored based SAMHSA TIP46 Exhibit 3.3 or equivalent. The interview team will consist of a minimum of one representative from the clinical staff and a minimum of two before a hiring decision is made. Interviews will be conducted by video conference to see how the candidate conducts themselves on camera. Staff members who meet preliminary criteria via phone and video conference interview, will participate in a final interview. Conditional offer letters are sent to individuals who have been considered for hire. All personnel for whom licensure is required by law, shall maintain current licensure by the appropriate body in the state of licensure and shall practice only within their scope of practice. A counselor’s credentials are verified by the primary source, prior to the clinician’s start date and maintained in the personnel file. Background checks are completed on all prospective employees.

At Lionrock Recovery our mission is to provide comprehensive, respectful and effective outpatient substance abuse treatment. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients and their families to gain assistance and support to combat addiction. We understand that treatment needs to be individualized and tailored to meet the clinical needs of each client. We believe that it is not only important but imperative for clients to learn to utilize and develop a sober support system, so we will assist clients in achieving and maintaining that goal. We realize that relapse is a possibility for all clients seeking recovery from active addiction so we will help each client create a relapse prevention plan that addresses their specific triggers. We know that good intentions alone won’t keep a client clean and sober, they need information, education and practical tools. We will provide current and accurate information regarding addiction, abuse, and recovery. We understand that addiction is a family disease so we will invite the family and loved ones to participate in the treatment process.
