Evaluations are tailored to the individual patient with Home Exercise Programs, then Follow-Up visits as needed. I am currently licensed to treat patients who live in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania in the United States of America only. I can treat patients for 3-4 weeks (depending on your home state) without a doctor’s order or prescription.
I am only taking payment in a cash based format (or self-pay) via credit card, and I will not currently submit claims to insurance. I can provide a receipt for submission to insurance. Physical Therapy accessibility is faster because I do not have to follow insurance restrictions. My prices are reasonable and align with many copays and deductibles. Note: I do not accept Medicare and I cannot treat patients who have Medicare.
