Description of Services:
For rehabilitation services we begin with an optional complementary virtual consultation where the challenges of the individual are explored, we share how we can help and give a demonstration of how virtual therapy works by doing a few exercises. During a balance therapy consultation, the time is focused on determining if the individual is a good candidate for the virtual program. During the evaluation, we help the individual set goals according to what is meaningful for them and draft a tailored plan of care. During each one-on-one follow-up session, we teach the individual how to be actively involved in their treatment so as we work together, they learn what they can do when symptoms arise so they can spend less time doing therapy and more time living life.
