Banner Telehealth Network provides a variety of Telehealth services across the care continuum: Tele ICU services are the cornerstone with 669 ICU beds and multiple ED's across 5 states. Banner also offers Tele Behavioral Health services for crisis intervention in 10 ED's and has recently launched integrated behavioral health support in 14 PCP offices. Requests for a tele health service are submitted through the Telehealth department, followed by completion of a readiness assessment, evaluation for feasibility by a multidisciplinary team with recommendation for implementation. Standardization of Telehealth platform, technology deployment, contracts, credentialing, licensing, billing, workflows, operationalizing, and sustainability are all considerations the Telehealth team will be working through for each consultative service line expansion/ request.
