All Array Behavioral Care clinicians must demonstrate an excellent clinical history, superb communication skills, a comfort level with technology and a passion for increasing access to quality psychiatric care. All Array Behavioral Care clinicians go through a rigorous vetting, onboarding, licensing, credentialing and training process before being matched with an organization, and are expected to meet the high standards of both the Array Behavioral Care clinical team and the standards at the organizations where they serve.
