This session explores two uncommon but clinically significant water-associated infections, Leptospirosis and Paragonimus kellicotti, with a focus on recognition in prehospital and emergency department settings. Designed for EMS/EMT professionals and ER physicians, this webinar highlights key exposure risks, clinical red flags, and time-sensitive management considerations that can improve patient outcomes.

- Identify high-risk environmental exposures and patient history elements associated with leptospirosis and Paragonimus kellicotti infection.
- Recognize early and atypical clinical presentations relevant to EMS and emergency department evaluation.
