Gail Barker, PhD
Gail Barker, PhD works in the Finance Office for the Arizona Telemedicine Program, and is a Senior Lecturer in the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. She worked on developing the Arizona Telemedicine Program’s business model, has helped obtain third party reimbursement for telemedicine services in Arizona and has performed a number cost effectiveness studies in the area of telemedicine. She is also interested in the use of technology as a high impact educational tool in the K-12 curriculum.
