Our mission is to reduce the musculoskeletal epidemic by ensuring the highest level of care that is convenient, readily available and at a significant cost saving. One in two Americans has a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD), costing $796.3 billion a year or 5.7% of our GDP. MSD impacts more than double those affected by diabetes and this epidemic will continue to escalate as our population ages. The current research is now bringing to light the vital importance of patient empowerment in the rehabilitation process and the detrimental effects of passive treatment and avoidance of activity. Virtual Physical Therapists is a rehabilitation company that uses technology to improve access to clinical excellence. All of our clinicians must first complete a rigorous training that includes Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis as well as in-house education. Our treatment is focused on the determination of a specific diagnosis / directional preference and patient empowerment. We utilize an application that instantly connects those with a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) to a specialist, via a live video consultation, anytime, anywhere. Our cost and number of visits average half that of traditional care.

Our goal is to reduce the musculoskeletal epidemic by providing patients instant access to to a MSD specialist. Our clinician's advanced training uncovers and addresses the root cause of pain rather than providing general exercises. This along with patient empowerment and maintaining activity aid in reducing the number of visits and length of care by one third seen in traditional care. Our results are also showing a significant reduction in the number of individuals that go on to become chronic and/or have surgery.
