Description of Services:

Leading telerespiratory care provider rtNOW provides staffing options for inpatient care and HME providers to assist patients with their respiratory needs while empowering your team. rtNOW's Inpatient Services leverage a proprietary HIPAA-compliant video telehealth platform to perform remote respiratory assessments, troubleshoot equipment, and provide timely education to patients and/or staff on NIV, invasive ventilation, and other respiratory therapies. Our experienced telerespiratory therapists connect with rural community hospitals to empower staff support in managing respiratory equipment and providing respiratory assessments, keeping patients local and best supported near their families. By assisting with equipment issues, patient assessments, and respiratory disease management, we give confidence to your staff. Our licensed respiratory therapists document patient interactions within your existing platforms and report a wide variety of metrics, including the number and type of calls. This enables your staff to allocate more time and resources to your complex patients, while also saving you time, money, and resources on travel by offering a 30-minute virtual/remote visit. rtNOW’s HME Provider Services offer a comprehensive range of services, including remote PAP setups, virtual visits, 90-day adherence programs, airway clearance therapy, oxygen therapy, aerosol delivery, empowering education, and equipment setup. With a shortage of respiratory therapists and a high rate of burnout, rtNOW offers real solutions to the current health crisis. Choose rtNOW for reliable and efficient telerespiratory services that prioritize the well-being of both patients and staff. rtNOW delivers exceptional care reducing costs and improving outcomes for both patients and staff.
