As of now no one has been trained because I am the only provider that performs telemedicine evaluations on a regular basis. I have two other physicians that we have began the process: They were recruited by experience, knowledge and bedside manner. Providers are then trained and monitored treating office patients if they are local. If we bring in providers that are not local, then they will trained on the use of the our Telemedicine Portal and then they are monitored as they evaluate patients through the telemedicine portal. Our portal allows me, the administrator to also be on the call with the provider (with the patient's consent of course). After 1 week of training the provider will be providing services on their own.
