Nava Behavioral Health provides Assessments, Counseling, Groups, and Peer Support. The assessments we offer are to address Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse. Individual counseling is conducted in person or online for adults only. We have numerous groups to work on matters such as Substance Abuse and Trauma. Additionally, peer providers work with individuals in goal setting and developing achievable action plans. They play an important role in supporting people in self-managing and working towards whole health goals. Telehealth by Zoom is the technology service we will use to conduct telehealth video conferencing appointments.
