Access Physicians works in hospitals' EMR in real-time to make sure that all clinical documentation is up to date and orders are entered into the patient record. This helps establish rapport with on-site clinical teams, lets Access Physicians access staff notes and histories, and vice versa, continuing that care conversation by providing our own documentation after each telemedicine encounter.
